General
Terms and Conditions
- Photography
or video of students may be used for marketing purposes.
- Dancebeat
is not liable for personal injuries sustained or any loss of, or damage
to, personal property whilst on the premises.
- Dancebeat
aims to provide a safe environment to reduce the risk of injury. It
should be recognised by all students,
parents/guardians that dance by its very nature carries a risk of injury
or accident.
- It
is the responsibility of the student, parents/guardians to notify the
teacher in the event of an injury or medial condition
prior to class.
- Plasters
are available to any student. We do not dispense Panadol, pain relief
or medication to any students.
- Dancebeat
students are under supervision whilst in class time only. Teachers and
staff are not responsible for students
outside their allocated class time.
- For
safety reasons, students must be collected from inside the building.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to
ensure their student does not wait outside the building.
- To
receive the discounted term rate, a payment in full of the term fee
must be received by the second class of the term.
- If
a full term payment is not received by the second class attended in
the term, the casual rate applies.
- In
the case of defaulted class fee payments Dancebeat may use the services
of a debt collections agency.
- An
additional collection and administration fee will be incurred in the
case of a defaulted account which goes to collection.
- Please note that completing
an enrollment form does not guarantee a place. Places are limited and
are on a first come, first served basis.
End
of Year Concert
- Photography
and video may be taken at the concert and used for marketing purposes.
- Tickets cannot
be reserved or put on hold, they are first paid, first served and non-refundable.
- Ticket
purchases will not be accepted without full payment of dance lessons
and costume hire.
- Lost
tickets cannot be replaced. Please keep your ticket in a secure location.
- Tickets
must be presented to be admitted into the show.
